The EZ8 Running Program

This is a fun running program geared towards women of all ages and fitness abilities. The ultimate goal is to be able to run an 8-minute mile with EASE, hence the name...Easy Eight (EZ8).

It’s not about being a track star or an elite athlete. It's about being the best YOU can be. You really learn how to run better and more efficiently. You will find yourself building relationships with other women who enjoy and have the same interests and goals. It’s always different and a lot of fun.  As an EZ8 runner, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find your legs leaner and stronger. You don’t have to be a great runner to begin. To qualify for the EZ8 program, you must only be able to run one mile without having to stop to walk...even if your one mile is extremely s l o w.

Kathy Pugh coaches this women's running camp on the National Mall in Washington, DC. You will feel rewarded by running a 5K at your FASTEST speed with the group at the end of this camp.
